A Standard Adoption Package includes:

• 12 month adoption of your chosen animal 
• Thank you letter and certificate
• Photo of your chosen animal 
• Fact sheet 
• One complimentary ticket to Occombe Farm Park & Play (valid for one visit within 12 months)  
• Your name displayed in our Animal Barn

Full Terms and Conditions 

• Occombe Farm animal adoptions last for one year from date of purchase.
• Your animal adoption pack will include one day entry ticket for you to visit your adopted animal, this ticket is valid for one year from the date you receive your adoption pack. Anyone who attends with you will need to purchase a day ticket or use their Occombe Farm Annual Pass to gain entry.
• Adoption entry tickets have no monetary value.
• Please allow 14 days for delivery of your adoption pack, but please allow for delays at busier times such as Christmas and Easter. We cannot be held liable for any delivery delays following dispatch.
• You are welcome to collect your adoption pack from Occombe Farm – please select the ‘click and collect’ option upon checkout. We will let you know via email when your package is ready to collect. Please allow at least 3 working days for this.  
• Please contact us within a month if your adoption pack does not arrive, we cannot issue a new one if Royal Mail shows the item as having been delivered, or if you contact us outside of this time frame.
• We only send our adoption packs to addresses with a UK postcode.
• As a personalised product, animal adoption packs are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not for resale.
• If your pack arrives damaged, there is a mistake on the adoption certificate or the wrong item has been sent, then please email us photos and we’ll send a replacement item.
• We’ll aim to update the thank you board in the Animal Barn with the names of new adopters as soon as possible, but this may take up to 28 days.
• Our animal adoptions are for a type of animal rather than a specific named animal. This is because it may be recommended an animal is moved to another Farm. Should an animal movement or death occur which means we no longer have a particular species you will be offered an alternative animal for the remainder of the adoption period.
• No-one adopts an animal exclusively, you are adopting a share in a species and there may be multiple other adopters.
• We have a single name policy for our animal adoptions so we’re sorry but you cannot purchase one adoption pack for more than one person and have more than one name on the ‘thank you’ board at the enclosure.
• We cannot guarantee your adopted species will be visible on the day you visit. Please allow plenty of time to return to the enclosure a few times to try and see your adopted species.
• Adoption does not mean you have any ownership rights over the adopted species.
• Animal adoptions are non-transferable to other people.
