How will I receive my ticket(s) to Occombe Farm Park & Play?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket (e-ticket) containing a barcode and booking reference number.
You will need to bring a copy of the barcode with you (either printed or on your smartphone), as your entrance ticket. The barcode will be scanned on entry to redeem your purchase.
If you have purchased tickets for several people you will receive an e-ticket for each of them. It is your responsibility to ensure that they receive this - even if you are arriving together each person must have a separate ticket, each has a unique bar code.
Our online day tickets are valid for three months from the date of purchase and for one visit only. 

How do I receive my Occombe Annual Pass?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed an email confirmation (e-ticket) containing a barcode and booking reference number. 
You will need to bring a copy of the barcode with you to Occombe (either printed or on your smartphone), as your first entrance ticket. The barcode will be scanned on entry to redeem your purchase. We’ll swap this for a nice, long-lasting Annual Pass Card, which we can top up year on year should you wish to stay with us. 
This e-ticket is also receipt of purchase. 

Can I buy an Occombe Annual Pass after I have visited?

Yes! As long as you buy an annual pass on the same day as your visit, before you leave, we’ll refund your entrance ticket(s) giving you a FREE visit!

Do I have to have a paper copy of my e-ticket?

No. You can either print your e-ticket or show the ticket to a member of our entrance staff on your mobile device.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day?

Yes, you can buy tickets on the day at Occombe.

Do I need to pre-book a special event or activity?

Where events state ‘Booking Essential’ you will need to book in advance. Many of our events have a maximum capacity and there is no guarantee that tickets can be purchased on the day unless the event states ‘Booking is not required’.
